Shipping Information
American Wholesale Research Supply is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped five days per week, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package throughout transit.
Delivery times may vary based on shipping method selected, destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
All shipped orders receive tracking information. Once your package leaves our facility, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment confirmation is received.
Returns & Refunds
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unopened and unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Be returned in resalable condition
- Be approved by our customer service team before return shipment
Items returned without prior authorization may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality assurance and product integrity reasons, opened products, damaged products caused by misuse, or products returned outside the approved return period may not be eligible for return or refund.
